Mango ice pops


Serves: 6
Time to make: 10 mins (Hands-on time: 10 mins), plus 3 hrs freezing
Total cost: $3.48 / $0.58 per serve

  • 1 mango, flesh chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 150g tub low-fat passionfruit yoghurt


Step 1 Blend mango and lime juice in food processor for 1 minute, or until smooth. Spoon mango mixture into six 1/3-cup (80ml) capacity ice-block moulds. Freeze for 1 hour, or until firm.

Step 2 Pour yoghurt over frozen mango mixture in moulds. Freeze for another 2 hours, or until firm. To serve, remove from freezer and stand for 2–3 minutes before gently removing from moulds.

HFG tip

  • If you want to save time, combine all the ingredients in step 1 and omit the freezing of the mango and lime layer in the bases of the moulds.
  • Freezes well for 3 months.
