Low-kJ Violet Crumble berry stack

  • 250g punnet strawberries, hulled, sliced
  • 125g punnet blueberries
  • 500ml (2 cups) low-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 Violet Crumble bar, finely chopped
  • 8 slices almond bread


Step 1 Combine berries in a bowl. Set aside. In a separate bowl, place yoghurt and 2/3 of Violet Crumble. Stir to combine.

Step 2 Divide half the berries between four small serving glasses, then divide half the yoghurt between the glasses. Top with another layer of berries, then another layer of yoghurt. Sprinkle with remaining Violet Crumble. Serve with almond bread.
