Low-fat satay marinade


Serves: 4 (makes 100ml)

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons reduced-fat crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-salt soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder


Step 1 Place all ingredients into a shallow non-metallic container, and stir until well combined. Add meat of your choice (eg. chicken breast or lamb), cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
